The unofficial local character of Niijima Village. The ghost of kusaya, a specialty of the Izu Islands. His special skill is “kusaya juice busher.” He is supposedly a dried blue jack mackerel, but because of his strange movements and appearance, rumors have recently suggested that he might be a cockroach.
