A man in his late thirties who dances, sings, and mutters in a low voice. He calls himself the “Tsukiji ambassador” out of love for Nikkan Sports, the sports paper with the longest history. He appears every day in the paper and in videos. His name comes from the blue of the front-page headline color plus bulldog. There is no deep meaning to him being a dog.
