Karasuyama Regional Office character Karapyon. She is a first-grade elementary school girl crow who is good at dancing and active in the Karasuyama area of Setagaya Ward. She loves festivals and events and apparently appears at various events not only in the Karasuyama area but also throughout the ward. There are also a “Karapyon Dance” and a “Karapyon Song,” and she works hard to enliven Karasuyama and Setagaya Ward.
