JA Kishu mascot character KKG3. These characters were formed in September of Heisei 26 to promote JA Kishu. The three members are Kii-pon, a Kishu dog and food ambassador; Kichu-kun, flower ambassador; and Gooley-chan, a green fairy. They were named KKG from the initials of their names. Led by Kii-pon, they appear at various events to convey the appeal of the JA Kishu area and protect agriculture and rural communities.
