Yahatan, captain of the Yahata Gyoza PR team. Yahata Gyoza is one of the stamina dishes favored by workers at the Yahata Steel Works, which began operations in 1901. Compared with ordinary gyoza, it is slightly smaller and is characterized by the use of yuzu kosho as a condiment. It is said to be classified into four types, including tetsunabe-style and mom-style. Yahatan was created to promote this Yahata Gyoza. While sharing the appeal of Yahata Gyoza and information about the Yahata area on Twitter, Yahatan appears at various events to help more people learn about Yahata Gyoza.
