Osaka Prefecture public-relations vice governor Mozuyan. Mozuyan debuted as Moppy, the character of the Namihaya National Sports Festival, and worked to promote sports. In 2014, the character was renewed and renamed Mozuyan, then appointed Osaka Prefecture's public-relations vice governor and captain of the Osaka Inter-high cheering squad. Mozuyan is a 13-year-old boy modeled after the moz, Osaka Prefecture's bird. While sharing information about Osaka Prefecture on Twitter, Mozuyan appears at events to help more people learn about Osaka's attractions.
