Miyakonojo City PR character Bonchi-kun. He is a second-grade elementary school boy who was born from a manga and is apparently called “Bonchi-kun” by everyone. After becoming Miyakonojo’s PR character and department head, he speaks the Miyakonojo dialect and hurries to various events in a dedicated vehicle, always working with a smile to make the city more energetic.
