Kunitachi City Tourism and Community Development Association character: Kuni-nyan. Former Kunitachi Station apparently had a station building with a red roof. Kuni-nyan was created with that station building as his motif and is a cat fairy who lived at the former Kunitachi Station. His hobby is visiting cafes and coffee shops. He mainly appears at events in Tokyo and Kunitachi City to promote Kunitachi City. Apparently, he keeps a bird inside the door on his stomach?
