Nishi Ward mascot, Kobe Weston. He is a piglet wearing a scarf patterned with nadeshiko, the ward flower. While traveling around various places, he stopped in Nishi Ward, liked its delicious vegetables and fruit, and apparently settled there. Carrying a ten-gallon hat and lasso given to him by the cowboy uncle who helped him, he apparently practices every day so he can catch “Nishi Ward's energetic future.”
