Kibokko-chan is Tsuchiyu Onsen's character. She was unveiled in December 2013 in the image of Tsuchiyu kokeshi, a traditional craft and specialty product of Tsuchiyu Onsen. She seems to be a shy and timid girl, but she appears at various events and works hard to promote Tsuchiyu Onsen and tourism.
