Fukui City promotion captain, Asakura Yumemaru. He is a fairy boy who lives in the Ichijōdani Asakura Clan Ruins in Fukui City and was created to help more people learn about the ruins' attractions. Fukui City issued him a special resident certificate in January of Heisei 26, and he appears at events in various places to promote Fukui Prefecture.
