Suminoe Ward character Sazapy. This fairy was created with sazanka, the ward flower, as its motif through a public recruitment held to commemorate the 30th anniversary of Suminoe Ward’s administration. Sazapy made its costumed-character debut in 2009. After being issued a special resident certificate, Sazapy travels to various places for Suminoe Ward.
