Kitokito-kun is the mascot of Genki Toyama. He was created to promote the arrival of the Hokuriku Shinkansen in Toyama Prefecture, which opened in spring 2015, and to share Toyama Prefecture's attractions with people both inside and outside the prefecture. He appears at many events while sharing the attractions of Toyama Prefecture and various information on his blog and Facebook.
