Namegata City Chamber of Commerce and Industry Niko-chan and Namezō. Niko-chan is an American catfish living at the bottom of Lake Kasumigaura, and Namezō is her younger brother. Though the siblings are shy around strangers, they appear at events to revitalize Namegata City and so that everyone will say, “When you think of Namegata City, you think of Niko-chan.”
