Child-rearing support character Sukoyan. Sukoyan was created in 2011 with a horsetail as his motif to support child-rearing, and was named Sukoyan with the hope that children would grow up healthy. In a distinctly Osaka touch, his favorite food is konamon, and he supports various initiatives related to child-rearing.
