Hiro community development promotion character. Hirogenki-kun is a boy fairy of Hiro kanran, known as the phantom cabbage. He tells children the story of Hiro kanran, the cabbage that saved Hiro, Kure City, after it was struck by a typhoon and storm surge in 1884 and suffered salt damage and famine. Apparently the character Hiro in Hirogenki-kun is expressed somewhere on his body...
