Miyagi Reconstruction Support character Teru Masamune. Because Miyagi Prefecture suffered an earthquake disaster, Teru Masamune was revived in the present after 400 years. He wears the appearance of a teru-teru bōzu because apparently he wants to illuminate Miyagi brightly with sunlight. When earthquake or tsunami information is issued for Miyagi, he promptly provides information via Twitter and other media, while appearing mainly at events in the prefecture.
